Imagine gliding silently through the blue waters of the ocean! Imagine, aquatic life hardly taking notice of your presence and thus feeling undistrurbed in their natural behaviour and habitat! Imagine, taking underwater photos without worrying about bubbles in front of the lense or scaring away your object of desire by exhaled air! Come and explore with us a new dimension in diving - the Drager Dolphin Rebreathers! |

| The Drager Dolphin Rebreather course consists of a theory part and three dives - you will learn how to assemble and disassemble and maintain the rebreather including how to choose correct nitrox mixtures and how to master your buoyancy without lung control. The classroom session will be followed by a pool dive and three open water certification dives. With the optimal reuse of your breathing gas, your consumption drops by up to 90%, meaning the Dolphin cylinder may last for a whole weekend of diving! The chemical reaction involved in the absorption of carbon dioxide in a rebreather generates heat and moisture so you will enjoy pleasantly warm and moist inhaled air, helping you to stay warm longer underwater. Also, the lower level of nitrogen in nitrox increases your no-decompression limits. The Drager Dolphin rebreather is now in wide circulation, with rental units available in many travel destinations and on board many of the live aboard dive boats. Thus this is a great alternative to the traditional open circuit scuba equipment! |
