| CID Lanza is a family business and that is the way we run it. Our team is small, friendly and very professional. Safety first is our motto and all of our staff are Oxygen Providers and up to date CPR and First Aid Instructors including Pediatric Care. New staff - including freelance and part-time staff - have to go through an internship in order to make sure all of us teach the same high level and making sure both, dive industry and local diving regulations are adhered to. Furthermore, all of our staff are DAN (Diver's Alert Network) members and thus fully insured and covered by DAN's international emergency network. To make sure that we are all teaching to the most up to date educational standards, Kev, our onsite PADI Course Director conducts regular staff updates not only on training but also on diving medical issues and local diving law. |
